Welcome to Bowling Badass — we're so glad you're here. By using this website and placing an order, you're agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. We've kept everything short, plain, and friendly, and if anything's ever unclear, we're always happy to help.

All of the designs on Bowling Badass products are original artworks, created by and for Bowling Badass, and protected by copyright and trademark law. They're original, copyrighted creations we're proud of — so please don't copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use them, or our name and logos, without our authorization.

Orders, pricing, and products: We do our best to keep product details, pricing, and availability accurate, but mistakes happen — so we may correct errors, update prices, or cancel an order when we need to, and we'll always let you know if we do. And because so many of our pieces are custom-made, small variations in color, finish, or print are completely normal and part of their handmade character.

Your privacy: We respect your information and use it only to process your order and make your experience better — never to sell it to anyone else. There's a little more in our Cookie Policy below.

The fine print: We put real care into our site and our products, and we want you to be genuinely happy with both. We can't promise everything will always be perfect, but if something goes wrong we'll always do our best to make it right. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using the site, and nothing here takes away any rights you're entitled to that can't be waived. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Updates: We may revise these terms from time to time. The latest version will always live on this page, and continued use of the site means you're good with it.

Orders

Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We ship as quickly as we can. Because many items are custom-made or made to order, delivery times vary by product. As a general guide, standard shipping usually takes anywhere from about 3 days to a couple of weeks, depending on the item and the option you choose — that's a typical range, not a guarantee.

We'll keep you in the loop and send tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. We also work hard to keep shipping affordable, with free or low-cost options whenever we can offer them.

Returns: We want you to love what you order. If anything arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll gladly replace it or arrange a return — just contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.

Because so much of what we make is custom and produced just for your order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or a change of mind. We'd recommend checking our size guides before ordering so you get the perfect fit the first time.

That said — if something isn't right, please reach out anyway. We're real people who care about your experience, and we'll always do our best to help and make sure you're happy with your purchase.
